Arsenal Blackburn Preview

So I woke up this morning to a sunny Cape Town, to the beautiful realization that the premier league is back, no more boring international break. Finally the Gunners are back and are hosting Blackburn Rovers this evening at the Emirates, all I can think is they had better win and get their title hopes back on track. Man United will face the Hammers and will be done by the time the Gunners walk on.

This seems to sometime affect us guns who start to choke when the pressure gets to us and a possibly a reason why Arsene has asked for the last three fixtures of the season to have the same kick off times. I think the Gunners just need to man up and pull out that BMT that we so badly need. Looking at possible lineups it looks much more promising for Arsenal with the Return of Song, Fabregas and Walcott, also Vp is fit and in the squad. Arsene has already said that the Almunia will be in goal(said with a depressed sigh). Thank goodness Denilson is injured, and as long as Rosicky doesn't see playing time I can't see how the Gunners can't win.

My side for today would be:

Arsenal
: Almunia; Sagna, Squillaci, Koscielny, Clichy; Song, Wilshere, Fabregas; Arshavin, Van Persie, Nasri.

I don't think Walcott will start just because he is back from injury, so the little Russian will retain his spot especially because his form has been improving.
For Blackburn a possible line up will be,

Blackburn: Robinson; Salgado, Samba, Nelsen, Olsson; Emerton, Nzonzi, J Jones, Pedersen, Hoilett; Santa Cruz.

Arsenal will have to be weary of Santa Cruz, although not the Santa Cruz of old, that could all change in an instant. For me Arsenal will have this one (they bloody better) and I hope the Red Devils at least draw to the Hammers, wouldn't that just be bloody brilliant....come on you Guns don't ruin my weekend
