Do we buy in January?

When the season began, we had the worst start ever under the reign of Arsene Wenger and all fans were screaming at the top of their voices that the signing we made were not good enough and when January came we needed to buy big. But what now, we have made a remarkable recovery and despite our loss to Man City, we have been the form side in the league.

The signings like Gervinho and Arteta have stepped up and I have been impressed, I would like Gervinho to score more, but I am sure that goals will come soon. As for Mertesacker he has had his critics, but I for one am a fan, and with every game I feel he is getting better. He is exactly what was missing from the defense and we all can see that as games pass us bye, the defence improves. This of course has a lot to do with the Verminator who has been like a new signing; he is simply in my words, remarkable. His presence and leadership at the back has given a hardened look to what was a weak defence. Koscielny has also stepped up and I can say that he will defiantly only improve, for once I do not think that it is the defence that needs fine tuning.

In the midfield as well I think we are capable and have the depth with Wilshere still injured and the likes of youngsters Frimpong and Coquelin coming through the ranks, the future of Arsenal is looking bright.

It is the forward area that is worrying me, sure Van Persie is in the form of his life, but let’s face it he cannot do it on his own and more so if he picks up an injury then I think we will have big problems. Sure we have Chamakh and Park, but from what I have seen Park has some way to go and Chamakh is not what Arsenal requires upfront. He has lost his edge and seems like he does not want to be on the field. Maybe they do need game time, but from my point of view the only place that Arsene Wenger needs to be looking in January is upfront.

Keep the faith.

  1. You can convert your empty attic into a useful storage space by simply making is more accessible and this is precisely what attic ladders too. Attics can be used for a variety of purposes. For instance, you can use it as a storage area to tuck away trunks, bags, and almost anything you don't require frequently. Sometimes they can also be used as an additional room if it's spacious enough. But in order to achieve this you will require ladders. Stairs are not the most ideal option as they will probably end up consuming more space than the attic will provide. And even if you do have the required space, stairs sort of fail to achieve what ladders do.
